Let’s break it down:
▪️the market is heating up for spring 🔥
▪️the JH market saw a 24% increase in total dollar volume compared to this time last year! The mid-tier and condo markets saw a lot of activity this quarter
▪️in JH, buyers were more engaged and motivated—days on market was down 13% from this time last year (that means properties are selling faster!)
▪️in JH, single family homes saw a 33% increase in transactions, condos and townhomes were up by 18%, vacant land saw a 15% decrease in transactions, and the luxury segment saw a 38% increase
▪️in Teton Valley, transactions were also up! From last year, they increased by 17%
▪️each segment of Teton Valley saw unique trends — single family transactions were up 31%, condos/townhomes tripled in transactions (!), but vacant land saw a 15% decrease
