▪️in JH, buyers were more engaged and motivated—days on market was down 13% from this time last year (that means properties are selling faster!)
▪️in JH, single family homes saw a 33% increase in transactions, condos and townhomes were up by 18%, vacant land saw a 15% decrease in transactions, and the luxury segment saw a 38% increase
▪️in Teton Valley, transactions were also up! From last year, they increased by 17%
